Who we are

Evology Living is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. You can contact us at hello@evologyliving.co.uk.

What we collect

When you join our list, we collect your email address and whether you’re mostly interested in home or trade products. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details to email you about Evology launches and early offers. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or contacting us, and we’ll remove you.

Where it’s kept

Sign-ups are stored by our website host, Netlify, which may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or for up to two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
